Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your gift we ask that you call and let us know the reason.  If you wish to receive a refund then please return your purchase to us withing 14 days of purchase undamaged and unopened. Your gift will be refunded the same way that payment was made and we will confirm when the refund has been processed.  This can take up to 5 days to appear in your account. 

Any rewards associated with the purchase will be deducted in line with the refund.

If your item has been damaged in transit please let us know within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to replace it once the damaged item has been returned to us.
